Have you ever kissed in the rain?

Seattle would like you to try. With the help of an NRG experiential marketing tour (and a first-of-its-kind sustainable rain booth), scores of people now understand why.

We visited sweltering hot Venice Beach and Scottsdale, AZ to bring some cool relief and vacation inspiration.

The result was over 200 million media impressions, a wealth of media coverage, and lots of daydreaming about travel to Seattle.

What We Did

Create A Sustainable, Unique & Refreshing Rain Experience

Don’t count out Seattle in the fall and winter! To pique interest in tourism to the city and garner media attention, we worked with our partners Copacino FujikadoC+C, and Visit Seattle to show the romance that’s possible in the Emerald City, even in its infamous drizzle.

We took on the project and conceptualized a fully sustainable rain booth that brought movie magic and a delightful contrast to the warmer climates of Scottsdale, AZ and Venice, CA. Guests and passersbys were invited inside to share a kiss and the resulting photo with their social media followers.
