What We Did
After a survey showed that 92% of Americans find breaking bread to be a good way to connect with friends and family, La Brea Bakery decided a little togetherness was in order.
Hence, the Breaking Bread tour was born, a mobile activation that spanned the country, bringing samples of their famous bread, special offers, and culinary creations to a community event or grocery store near you.
Featuring special ingredients from partners like Tillamook Cheese, Stonewall Kitchen, and Justin’s, togetherness never tasted so good.
What We Did
Break Bread From Coast To Coast
La Brea Bakery enlisted NRG to bring a sampling of its delectable fresh breads and treats to eight markets within eight weeks.
To make the carb-fueled fantasy a reality, a custom food truck was built for the activation. Over the course of the tour, the truck traversed the country–visiting Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Charlotte, Washington D.C., New York, Philadelphia and Boston.
We completed 25 total activations at retail locations and sponsored events. Through sampling, we distributed over 21,000 samples within the duration of the tour.
