This was the inaugural E-gaming event for NBA2K. NRG designed and created the brand installation in addition to providing event production and creative services.
Teams from around the USA and Canada competed in a knockout tournament that culminated with a live final event in front of a live select audience in Los Angeles CA.
The venue in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles was an abandoned warehouse…a fitting location for a throw down for $250K in prize money and a place in NBA2K history.
The game was streamed live on twitch.tv/2K and also filmed for a one-hour nationally syndicated television show.
